1) Who we are
FloatersOnDemand (“we”, “us”) runs a platform (the App and our website) that lets customers book trusted Delivery Runners & Floaters for pickups, drop-offs, and errands.

2) Acceptance
By using the App or website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3) What we do (and don’t)
We connect customers with independent Runners & Floaters.
We don’t provide the delivery service ourselves and aren’t a party to the job contract between customer and provider.

4) Accounts & Eligibility
You must be 18+ to use the platform.
Create an account with accurate information and keep your password safe.
You’re responsible for all activity on your account.

5) Booking & How it works
Enter pickup/drop-off details and timing.
We match you with nearby pre-approved Runners/Floaters.
Confirm the booking and track progress in real time.
Rate your experience after completion.
Cancellations
Scheduled delivery: Free if canceled 24+ hours in advance; late cancellations may incur a charge.
On-demand: Free if canceled within 10 minutes; after that, charges may apply.
If a provider arrives and can’t access the location after reasonable attempts (~20 minutes), minimum charges may apply.

6) Payments
Pay securely in-app via our payment partner (e.g., Stripe).
Charges include our service fee.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, unless stated above.

7) Safety
All Runners & Floaters pass verification checks.
In-app support is available for safety concerns, and you can quickly notify a trusted contact from the App.
We avoid sending providers to areas flagged for safety risks.
Providers using vehicles must hold valid Commercial Auto Insurance (where required).

8) Reviews & Content
Keep reviews fair and lawful.
Don’t post illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
We may moderate or remove content that breaks these rules.

9) Prohibited uses
Don’t: break laws, harass others, spam, scrape our App/website, reverse-engineer, upload malware, or try to bypass security.

10) Intellectual Property
The App/website and all branding belong to FloatersOnDemand or our licensors.
You get a limited, non-transferable license to use the App.
By posting content (e.g., reviews), you give us a license to use it to run and improve the service.

11) Service disclaimer
We provide the platform “as is”. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12) Liability limit
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at GBP £50.

13) Disputes & Mediation
First, contact Support in the App for help.
If needed, we offer non-binding mediation to help customers and providers resolve issues.
Governing law: United Kingdom. Disputes may be resolved by arbitration under applicable rules, with decisions binding as permitted by law.

14) App stores
These Terms are between you and FloatersOnDemand, not Apple or Google. They may refund the App purchase price (if any), but have no further obligations.

15) Changes
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-App or by email. Continued use means you accept the changes.
